At Tech Drip, we specialize in magnetic cooling technology and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important:
Returns must be requested and approved first. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping Policy

We currently offer local shipping only within South Africa.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location and courier delays

All returns must also be shipped from within South Africa.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately at hello@techdrip.co.za so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used electronic accessories showing signs of wear or damage

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Personal care items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the refund.
